And I try and ask them a little bit about the building history and the occupant history. This helps better understand what their need is.
Typically there has to be some sort of moisture intrusion, or moisture event that took place recently or in the past. So when we start to get some information about the building history, and the occupant as well, meaning is it a resident’s it yourself who’s calling?
Do you have allergies? Asthma? Are you allergic to mold? Are you immune compromised? Is there a law suit?
There are lots of reasons why people do testing for mold. Many of them just want to. Know if they mold?
